Only guided visits reserved in advance by telephone are permitted. Tour times:

•   9:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
• 11:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
•   3:00 p.m. -  4:45  p.m.

The teacher must pay the total cash donation for the students in the museum reception area.
Please arrive for your visit on time

Free storage for purses, backpacks and umbrellas. Students must leave their backpacks in the storage area.

Cameras and video equipment are not permitted. Cell phones must be shut off during the guided tour.

Other groups (minimum of 10 individuals)
A donation of EUR 5.00 in cash is requested for each visitor, to be paid in the museum reception area.

The museum ticket office does not have cash. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

Individual visitors may make a reservation by telephone to be included in a guided tour.
